Forum clean-up?
With Nick's recent tours and releases, and Rick's new website and hopefully some posthumous releases in the works, I think they should have their own sections on the forum alongside Rog and Dave's, with this section being reserved for touring musicians and other collaborators. Thoughts?

Re: Forum clean-up?
There don't seem to be enough posts and topics in particular to warrant it. What do other people think?

78 topics that specifically mention Rick in the the title, and 141 for Nick - and many others that simply didn't name either in the title.

I'm not so sure that either one has done enough solo work to warrant their own topics in the solo threads.
Maybe it's just me...........

They've both put out three albums each, and until a few years ago, so had Roger and Dave. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Re: Forum clean-up?
In the past twelve months, there has probably been about 30 posts about Nick. Is it really going to add anything to the value of the forum to split it out? I would perhaps have to go through 78 topics and manually move them!

Would you rather do it when there are twice as many, following a Rick Wright boxed set?Keith Jordan wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 5:45 pm Is it really going to add anything to the value of the forum to split it out?

A very fair point. A new website can only mean one thing.... releasing something!

And all six albums combined sold about as much as one of Roger or Dave's. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ZiggyZipgun wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 5:19 pm They've both put out three albums each, and until a few years ago, so had Roger and Dave. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Polly Samson needs own section. After all, she is Pink Floyd's main lyricist in the past 25 years.

And an accomplished author in her own right! I'd be onboard with that, or at the very least, a section for all of Pink Floyd's lyrical collaborators.space triangle wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 9:05 pm Polly Samson needs own section. After all, she is Pink Floyd's main lyricist in the past 25 years.

You say "dud" like art is suddenly objective.ZiggyZipgun wrote: ↑Tue Feb 09, 2021 8:18 pmAnd yet we have multiple threads about a dud like Radio KAOS.
KAOS is my favorite Waters solo album. *shrug*
