It seems there was only a single photo session with all five members. I have never seen a photo from the handful of live shows that Floyd played with all five members.

David once said that in fact there was never any real 5-man Pink Floyd show. Although, it is common perception the band played 3-4 shows as 5-man Floyd. According to David, Syd was there, spinning around the stage or behind the speakers. But, completely incapable of any participation at the gigs.

Rick Sanders - I picked up his book in the 70's and it was quite good. Mind you I cut all the pictures out of the book for a school project
