Are you still here?
What's up, y'all?
Been a long, long time since I've poked my head in here. How's everyone doing? Is drafsack, moom, mybreakfast, madjedi, bpmolder, etc. still around? I'm good friends with mosespa (Sean) and we still talk occasionally.
Got a boy who's crazy into PF. His favorite band. Was here before he was born and he's 18 now. Taking him to see Gilmour in October. Never, in a million years, would have thought that would be a possibility.
Nice to see the forum still alive and kicking! You did well, Keith!

Re: Are you still here?
Not really.
Almost 8 years since my last post. It's weird to see that I used to be a "Supreme Judge" over here, posting pretty much daily. Coming back here is like a time travelling machine to an other era of my life. Glad to see you two are still around. Hope J Ed, Snifferdog, My Breakfast, Public Image, Jambo, Wolfpack... and all the rest of the late 2000s gang are safe and sound too.

Re: Are you still here?
I still pop in and read the forums from time to time, but I don't post much. It's mainly due to not a whole lot of PF activity the last few years and I hardly listen to bootlegs any more. I remember during the On An Island tour I downloaded and listened to every single show, but with Rattle That Lock it was probably only a dozen shows, and I think I might have watched 1 show from the tour last year on YouTube.
I still listen to PF, but not anywhere near as much as I used to. These days I listen to 75% classical music, then 15% King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and PF and the rest make up the last 10%.

Re: Are you still here?
Obviously, I'm still here...and actually more active than I've been in quite some time.
Honestly, I think the rise of "social media" has pulled people away from message boards. I'm glad NPF is still here...and, more obscurely, Ric's 323 Pink Floyd page (way less active than NPF, but I still pop in.)
I've started coming back here practically daily in the last few months. Like danielcaux put it, it's like a time machine coming back here. A little strange to think that I've been coming here for over 20 years.
This message board is my longest lasting commitment ever!

It is very weird to think that I signed up to the forums 21 years ago. I was still in high school!mosespa wrote: Sun Apr 27, 2025 6:36 pm I've started coming back here practically daily in the last few months. Re: Are you still here?
How, and when did you become a Pink Floyd fan in the first place, Keith? What was the first song/album you ever heard of?

My brother played Wish You Were Here on cassette in his car when I was about 14. I was hooked!jtull wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 5:11 amHow, and when did you become a Pink Floyd fan in the first place, Keith? What was the first song/album you ever heard of?

Re: Are you still here?
All of you, and NPF, too, are part of internet history. Maybe not actual legends, but you are virtual historical artefacts for sure.

When the AI bots take over Earth, I hope they will spare me. They could put me in a human zoo and look at me all day. World famous Keith from Neptune!
