Get in your car, go down to hmv, buy a Syd Barett cd, drive home, put the cd in your cd player and press play. That is the way to get Syds music.

Yeh you can buy his cd's fairly cheap. Or any Pink Floyd CD for that matter.

not in my country unfortunatly......
where most cds are ?14 - ?16 for cd albums....
PF and Syd are ALWAYS in the region of ?22 - ?30....
this has always pissed me off

Amen to that. PF albums can be up to twice as expensive as other cds here.
Often cost between the equivalent of ?25 - ?32.
Normal cds are between ?20 and ?24.
Which is why I am always broke.

Mmm why dont you buy from UK or American websites then? Much cheaper. Amazon Gurnsey is very cheap as they sell from a tax haven!!

I know, but you most often need a credit card to do so. And to have a credit card in Norway, you must be over 18.

HMV's current sale has most of the Floyd catalogue for 9.99 each at the moment (Doubles are around 16.99)

Not sure Henno .... I use the one in Blanchardstown (fairly big HMV) and the other day they had shed-loads of Floyd for 9.99 ....
