There's a new fake Syd track doing the rounds - apparently since only yesterday. It's called "Spaceship Blues", and is credited to... are you ready for this?? Janis Joplin, Syd Barrett, Jim Morrison, and Jimi Hendrix.

Well, it should be stated that no one on the track sounds anything like any of those people... it's some drunken-sounding garage band singing a horribly off-key song about aliens.

So add to it, why don't you?
Never download a track that claims to be by somebody like Pink Floyd and Hawkwind or Nirvana and Pearl Jam. It's usually either just the original album version or a very shaddy cover. About 0.5% of the time it might be something real (unless it claims it's Pink Floyd and another band, that will never be real).
