I was watching the documentary on the ITF DVD and something odd caught my ear. Two things, actually. First, during the very end of the first round of rehearsals (in the auditorium), the band begins playing a song I can't recognize. Is that "Woman"? I heard the one existing bootleg of it, but I couldn't make out the lyrics and forgot it.
Second, there's a song Roger is playing (quietly) on his acoustic guitar during "Gearing Up" while Andy Fairweather-Low is trying to find his socks. The subtitles seem to know what he's singing, but I certainly don't. Is that a real song, or was Roger improvizing? (If the latter, he needs to do that more.)
ITF: Live: What are those songs?

It would be Woman - but the trading community has named it that (nobody really knows the title)...here is somebody's take on the lyrics:
Welcome stranger, come in
Where have you been?
Won't you belly up to the bar?
Name your poison
This one?s on the house
Have you been traveling far?
Well, you look like a man
Who has been lost in the woods
And you could have been rolling in the dew
You swung the hammer around the girl
Hit everything you could
But she just looked the other way
Whooooooooo
Put your arm around the bar my friend
This is the girl for you
Get real
A Woman is magnificent
A Woman is like ice
She can be melted or freeze dried
So dig deep into your pockets
And scoop out the family jewels
You might as well just toss them in the pool
Speak to me Jesus
I would give to Caesar what is Caesar's
What makes Caesar take me for a fool?
Jesus said "Come on relax. Listen to the band."
MacArthur rolled ashore
Whooooooooo
We all desire
We all fuck up
And you don't need this hammer anymore
Can't help with the second song at the moment...probably a jam?

Can't say I've ever noticed that song on the DVD
(EDIT: Yes, I have...it's in the documentary...as stated in the first post of this thread, lol. My bad.)
On my copy of the DVD, Roger is playing a bluesy sort of thing on the acoustic and singing about rolling up your eyes and your trousers, or something like that..."don't knock the good ship rock and roll" seems to be the line where the title would be found.
Who knows? A google search has turned up nothing for me so far.
