what is this link :O ? First, it's a spam, and second, after I installed a codec (I must admit I was attracted by this thing). my system said there are virus activities in my PC

A spammer posted a porn link in it earlier today, I deleted it but Moom decided to post about nearly 2 hours later coz he clicked on it and buggered up his computer
