My favourite Moon conspiracy was man did eventually manage to get to it. But they found aliens there who (And I'm parphrasing somewhat) were all "Yo! Yo! The fuck you doing here? This is our business! See you? You can get right back in that NASA shite and fuck the fuck off back where you came!"
So basically aliens from the Deep South seem to live on the Moon. (I thank yew! )

Oh my! Would I be right if I guessed the reason the price is so much higher compared to the US, is that there is less demand?henno wrote: petrol has gone ridiculous in this country... €1.70 per litre

Not at all. It has always been more expensive in Europe. We also pay quite a lot of tax on fuel.

We in the US also pay a high tax on top to the actual price, but the situation over there is insane.

As far as I know, doing something like that is a very serious offence. I read too about some publican here who got into big trouble because he was pouring cheap spirits into the bottles of more expensive ones behind the bar.

and these are the kinda people who start mouthing of about greedy bankers and mp's fiddling expenses. Most people'd do it if they felt they could get away with it. That's why I don't like to be humanistic. Can't go wrong with a misanthropic outlook!snifferdog wrote:As far as I know, doing something like that is a very serious offence. It should be criminal, for the oil companies are robbing us at the pumps. In Europe more so than here in the US. Which is graphical shown on your link.Keith Jordan wrote: I guess the price of your fuel has gone up 12% to $0.93 per litre but it is $2.12/litre in Britain!!

In the UK the oil companies and retailers don't make that much relative to the duty and VAT taken by the thieving government to fund the lives of the non-workers.Creek wrote:It should be criminal, for the oil companies are robbing us at the pumps.
