It still brings a lump to my throat, when the news was announced.
We all move on though - I looked up at a brilliant night sky last night, and I just thought Syd's settled down now in a better place. He's left us with his songs / his art / his story - and he started The Pink Floyd. His presence here will stay as long as there is the music. R.I.P.

I'm setting aside today to mourn and focus on all things Syd related.

Yes me too - I'm reading Wind In The Willows over today and tomorrow. It was one of Syd favourites and mine too.CaseyDFloyd wrote:I'm setting aside today to mourn and focus on all things Syd related.

hubby finally got the home theatre/stereo system going right so I popped on Piper the other night. My God, it sounded brilliant!Pat Albertson wrote:I think I will give "Piper" a spin.
