Just how should that "again" be pronounced? 'Aggenn' (sorry if it's not proper phonetics) or 'agayn' to rhyme with the last 'Layne'?

That's what I would say too, but I hear it being pronounced like 'aggenn'. My theory is that aggenn sounds much more final and suits the ending of the song.

His mum was cute, but I think all old ladys are cute, especially when they adopt that dry "don't give your shit sonny or I will give you the what for" style about them.
Rosemary looks lovely there, she reminds me of a brunette Phoebe from friends for some reason.
