Kind of. It's just a concert in a barn. A way for farmers to make extra money with the recession and corn prices being through the roof. It's a big, open space with decent acoustics that is remote enough to not draw too much attention, so it's really a great location to have a concert. It gives local acts a chance to get gigs and the farmers are making pretty good money from it, being in control of both admission and concessions.

I think I'll save for the five-disc version. I don't have the setup for 5.1, but the new Barn Jams (one of which, I hope, is the one from the theatre debut of Remember That Night), the live bonus tracks, and all that makes it quality as the DEFINITIVE OAI collection. There's pretty much no more blood they can squeeze from the 2006 stone.

Which means, if they want to keep piling up the money, the next place they can go is A Momentary Lapse Of Reason, About Face, or new material.

Seeing as DG has had a good couple of years, he might be tempted to make another album. Career-wise he's had a good couple of years starting with Live 8 and culminating in good reviews for OAI and the ensuing tour/DVD. If the documentaries on the RTN DVD are anything to go by, it looks like he had a great time on the tour. Who knows, maybe the warm reception he got for the solo material and the knowledge that he can now have a solo career will spur him on to make another album.

Well, technically speaking there has been no live CD issued from David's tour. At least there's some effort being put into it, what with the DVD and other goodies. Time to hit the studio though!

The only thing that you could say has been released before is footage, but that was of a different concert so I don't really see where you're going with this...
