I saw them 10/25/87 at DEAN E. SMITH CENTER, CHAPEL HILL, NC. with set list. It was a awesome show. :D :D :D
Echoes\Shine on you crazy diamond (pt.1-5)
Signs of life
Learning to fly
Yet another movie
Round and around
A new machine (pt.1)
Terminal frost
A new machine (pt.2)
Sorrow
The dogs of war
On the turning away
One of these days
Time
On the run
Wish you were here
Welcome to the machine
Us and them
Money
Another brick in the wall (pt.2)
Comfortably numb
One slip
Run like hell
But I geuss for any other would have to be The wall 80 81 tour and any of the shows with Syd in it.

First time I saw the band was in 1974, and of course if I could have been at a concert just few years before 1971-1972 just to see them performing A saucerful of secrets........

I personally would love to have been in the car park when Roger was recording the SFX for Run Like Hell (according to Mason), driving round in circles, screaching the brakes and screaming like a mad man out of the window! Classic PF moment.

Any of the shows from 77.

Animals and my favourite album (WYWH) live.

The bootlegs are probably around, but I would have loved to have seen The Man shows. (Or whatever it was called... sorry)
Can I pick more than one?

Well as far as I know no one's angry whether it's 1 show or 5 shows you mention.

And yes, you're talking about the Man and the Journey Shows. I'd like to see it because it is a blend of their earlier music- more experimental and cosmic- and their eventual distinct progressive style of music, lyrics as well as concepts.

Their concert in San Tropez back in 1970.

...or maybe even try to be a fly on the wall while they recorded their "Hour with Pink Floyd" special.

Then I'd be at 13!

November 4 London Free School 1966
February 3 Queen's Hall, Leeds, Yorkshire 1967
November 18 Liverpool, "Lancashire" 1967 (Hendrix support! Come on!)
March 16 Middle Earth Club, London 1968 (First show without Syd)
April 14 Royal Festival Hall, London 1969 (More Furious Madness From The Massed Gadgets Of Auximenes)
March 9 Sheffield City Hall, Sheffield, Yorkshire (Last gig with their original instruments- theft in New Orleans)
(June 6 Olympia, London Syd Barrett's first public apperance)
February 13 The Empire, Liverpool, "Lancashire" 1972 (First appearance of Dark Side Of The Moon)
(February Cambridge Corn Exchange, Cambridge Stars debut gig)
November 4 Rainbow Theatre, London 1973(Robert Wyatt benefit with Soft Machine support)
November 30 Empire Theatre, Liverpool, Lancashire 1974
July 5 Knebworth House, Knebworth, Hertfordshire 1975

I can't find any UK tour dates in 1977. So that's that one error in this reference book I'm using!

August 9 Earls Court, London 1980

And... this edition doesn't go up to 80's Gilmour led Floyd dates, but I think I've done enough (That I couldn't have possibly have done)

I will second this.

Animals tour in '77 and The Wall in 1980. Also Waters with Clapton in '84.

Probably the Montreal concert in 1977, just for the extended jam in the second part of Shine On, and the chunky as hell Pigs solo.

Definitely would be awesome to listen to live OBC material!

Same here.

In case you didn't hear, there were some lucky Italians who actually did get to see this. They just happened to go by the ampitheatre in Pompeii just in time to witness a free Pink Floyd concert with no other audience. They kept out of sight of the cameras.
