I beg to differ......Rick is underrated and doesn't receive the credit due him by most although genius may be a little to much. I believe his playing and contributions really layed out the frame work for PF. Listen to all of the early floyd.........Rick's organ playing and arrangements are plastered all over it. I think he is largely responsible for the "Pink Floyd Sound"

The term "The Pink Floyd Sound" is nonsense, in my opinion.

All of their albums are pretty unique and different from one another.

I mean, play DSOTM and then The Wall. Do they sound alike? Not really. Play DSOTM then Meddle. A lot alike? Not really. Animals then OBC? No way, Jose. DSOTM then WYWH? Even they are quite different. Ummagumma to AHM? Not even close...

Do you know what I mean?

Can we take the comments serious of a guy with the device: "Roger Waters is a God" ???

It's actually quite a sarcastic signature. You see, some people who don't like their flowery opinions on David Gilmour and such being challenged tend to brush off people who argue against their points with the line "Oh, you're just another one of those Roger Waters is God people." It's Mosthigh's bumper-sticker that is poking fun at those type of people more than anything.

Am I not right, Mosthigh?

I thought the lyrics " a grand piano to prop up my mortal remains" from Nobody home were a reference to Rick and the state he was in due to his excessive drugs use.
