more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_CornellChris Cornell (July 20, 1964 – May 18, 2017) was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was best known as the lead vocalist for the rock bands Soundgarden and Audioslave. Cornell was also known for his numerous solo works and soundtrack contributions since 1991, and as the founder and frontman for Temple of the Dog, the one-off tribute band dedicated to his late friend Andrew Wood.

2:13 It seems to me, he's mumbling "in my time of dying".
As a foreshadow of him singing it at the end of the show.
It's a horrible "mad genius" performance, reminding me of the audio recording of a scared Barrett performing live onstage in 1970.
Cornell's a train wreck, here, having a nervous breakdown on stage. His fears destroyed by prescribed pills, as if he's invincible.
His overconfident behaviour reminds me a bit of Pink in the movie 'The Wall', after getting pills in 'Comfortably Numb'.
It's a shame that Cornell had to suffer such terrible anxiety problems without proper help.
Yeah, let's put the man onstage! A few more pills and he'll be fine!
Well, he shows little anxiety in that final show... Not even a fear to kill himself... Great pills! Take some more...
Looking at the videos, I'm willing to believe it's just the prescribed drugs. No alcohol or street drugs.
People seem to underestimate the power of prescribed drugs.
Granny's little tranquilizer already is enough for slurred vocals, lagged guitar strumming and weak fretboard work.
After the show, he seemed to have received more pills. Just before he was left alone for a while.
If he's already getting lost in suicidal thoughts during the show, his natural fear for actually doing it must have been reduced even more, that night.
I guess the anti-anxiety pills not only helped him to be the invincible onstage party animal he is in this show, but also reduced his fear of death.
He regularly may have had suicidal thoughts, like many people, but this time his fear to actually do it was gone.
The pills took his fear of death away. People need a level of fear, to protect themselves.
Someone with huge anxiety problems shouldn't be onstage. Those pills are made to cope with daily life, not to such extreme circumstances.
Kurt Cobain, Chris Cornell...
This is one of the times in which Syd Barrett and his family appear to have been wiser.
