I'm actually in Illinois these days. But I can see Kentucky from my back porch.

I think AMLOR has some interesting "futuristic atmosphere", especially along its first half, but songs like One Slip, On The Turning Way, Learning to Fly, Terminal Frost, don't do much for me anymore. And that's way too many songs doing too little for me.
I absolutely LOVE Yet Another Movie and, yes, Dogs of War, as well as that cool intro! I like Sorrow too.
But grew really bored of this album over the years, and I always defended it many years ago.
Radio KAOS, on the other hand, annoys me to no end!

Over the last few years even before The Later Year's box set announcement Yet Another Movie has became my favorite song off AMLOR after Sorrow, and its been cool to hear a demo of this song. YAM as a song is def the most over looked and underrated song from the 87-94 era. Just play YAM and Welcome To The Machine back to back two songs which work well together and have the same kind of eerie vibe

Sorrow live is a beast of the song especially 1994 and the guitar tone David had for that song and the insane intro/outro reverb effect during the European leg

absolutely agree with this!

I would say YAM is my fav song from the post-Waters era.

It's a song which took me ages too appreciate now its my fav from the album as it does have a classic floyd sound too it. The live versions helped convert me too liking it DSOT 1989 mix and Venice 89 performance great versions. Even Atlanta 87 is a well shot version showing of the eerie lightshow

I would definitely say AMLOR, even if I am among PF members who like Waters the most …

1. There has never been anything on the left that REMOTELY resembles that.

2. Me? I'll always want to vote for the left because I think things like workers' rights, a 5 day, 40 hour work week, voting rights, etc are all great things and the right wing opposes them.
1. Sure there has. "Vote Blue, No Matter Who" is just as bad. Even worse, really; because there's nothing to connect to other than the ideology.

2. The five-day and 40-hour work week were brought to you by Capitalists; not Leftists.

You'll continue voting for the Left because you're a member of their cult. Just own it, dude.
Note:
1. I voted Republican for St. Louis Circuit Attorney in the past two elections.
2. I voted Republican for St. Louis's Congressman in 2018 and might do so in 2022.

I don't Vote Blue no matter who.

Republicans can be Leftists. Happens all the time.
