Yes, but you were still his accountant, correct? You don't remember NWG giving them back a sizeable chunk of that money?

I have no idea if that is true but in any event it’s off topic

Not if we're talking to the band's trusty accountant from that time. I can't think of anything that would be more on-topic.

What can you tell us about Gilmour's first solo tour?

Not really, since it was during that time that the formal dispute between Roger Waters and Pink Floyd began. But we're allowed to veer off-topic and we do it all the time.

Correct, and how much did Gilmour have to put up to cover his share of the costs?

It was pink Floyd music ltd that put on the tour. David Gilmour didn’t directly pay for any of the losses from the tour

Did you work for any other artists or businesses between 1980 and 1997?

Yes Jack Bruce was a personal friend of mine I often stayed at his house.

Rupert Loweinstein was the financial advisor for the Rolling Stones and I also dealt a bit with them.

I worked with Duran Duran for a while but didn’t get on with Nick Rhodes so I stopped working with them

Message to Ziggy Zipgun. Musk was sued for 190,0000,0000 for remarks similar to your remarks about me. I intend to sue you for at least ten million pounds

Ziggy and Chris,

Probably best to keep any potential 'legal' issues between yourselves via your respective @gmail.com accounts or PMs rather than on the open forum.

As an aside, drifting off into Gilmour territory may have more than a tenuous link, however, the thread title is "Roger Waters and Pink Floyd dispute" so I would ask we all try to keep on topic.
