Does Roger or even David and Nick have to pay Pink Floyd royalties when they play Pink Floyd songs live in concert?

Speaking from European experience, the concert organizer is obliged to pay the royalties for songs performed during the concert - this counts as a cost of the concert along with audio & video production, hall rent etc.

After the concert, the list of performed works is forwarded to the collecting society who distributes the money paid by the organizer to the authors of the songs performed.
