I hope there will be more concerts in 2025.. What's the point of only doing 12 concerts in Londen and Rome and leave the rest of Europe/US out on what will probably be his last tour?????

He's now of quite advanced years. It may be a compromise between doing a tour of a scale that he doesn't want to do anymore. And not touring at all.
For me, I don't get to concerts of major acts any more. As getting the tickets is just too much of a kerfuffle. For me seeing DG's Pompeii and Rog in film theatres was a much more convenient compromise. I'll also buy any Blu-Rays that come out. I sort of thought of buying a ticket for DG, but when I see what others went through to get tickets - not for me any more.

Hollywood Bowl 29 30 October. And 4 and 5 November Madison Square Gardens.
5th November. US Election day! Good luck selling that date out!

What are your thoughts on David Gilmour tickets costing £250 each?
Some of that is Ticketmaster charges but the underlying ticket is £225 for the best seats available in the pre-sale (in the stalls) with £25 of extra charges.
I don't know what those words mean.
But I spent 150 GBP to see Stevie Nicks in NOT the best seats and she tours far more regularly than Mr. Gilmour.
I just bought a ticket for Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets in Nottingham, no trouble at all. I thought I'd have a look for DG tickets, and Ticketmaster said that there was 'limited availability' or 'low availability' for all dates in London. But, clicking through reveals them all to be sold out. Too difficult for me. But, at least I get to see Nick's SFoS for the first time.
I was a bit confused by Ticketmaster using a picture that appears to be of Nick and Rick Fenn.
I wonder if DG will also tour in 2025. On his last tour with a new album he toured in 2015 and 2016. He also started late in 2015 and after a break again in april 2016. He did 17 concerts in 2015 and 34 in 2016. I hope we will get something semillar again. What do you think?

I am thinking that he's 78 years old. It may well be that he sees how he goes with this very limited tour, and then makes a decision about what he wants to do in the future.

US prices are way too expensive for me, but I hope everyone who is going to these performances has a great time.
I just wish I hadn't been stubborn the times I could have seen any Pink Floyd members.
At this rate, I'll have seen more members of Monty Python live than Pink Floyd.
It's two btw. Eric Idle and John Cleese. I've seen them both. Idle at a performance of Spamalot and Cleese doing a Q&A after a screening of Holy Grail at one of STL's most historic venues (now that it's risen from the dead).
