Radiohead's last album, the amazing A Moon Shaped Pool, is from 2016 and since then they haven't released a new full album.
However, in 2020 Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood joined forces with drummer Tom Skinner and formed The Smile, and they release three albums since then, 2 of them in this current year.
Has anyone tried their music? I really liked it, very creative, and got some of the experimental vibe also found on Radiohead's albums since Kid A. The main difference, IMO, is that the albums from The Smile seem more like a collection of experiments (most of them very creative and intriguing), rather than the cohesive album whole found even on Radiohead's more far out albums.

I'm yet to make it all the way through a The Smile album, but I love select tracks from them. "We Don't Know What Tomorrow Brings" and "Bending Hectic" rip

"Bending Hectic" and Jack White's "Archbishop Harold Holmes" were my go-to tracks of '24.
