I'm sure someone else knows more, but he's releasing a concept album about a taxi driver who fought in the falklands, and he's doing it later this year. The track Each Small Candle is the centrepiece of it.

Last I heard was 2004 sometime and it will be supported by a tour as well.

I think roger should release a concept album about his pet dog that died in the war, think gilmour would let him use the song The Dogs Of War in it??

I thought it was about a New York cabbie, who came from Bosnia. Either way i'm hoping "Flickering Flame", and "Each Small Candle" make the album. The later would fit in rather well.
