Cohen and Lyrics

Nice to hear that Dave picked a Cohen song for his desert island discs, or am I the only Floyd fan who also appreciates a bit of Lenny.

I was also pleased to hear Dave admit that his skills do not lie in lyric writing. All too obvious when comparing the lyrics from "Division Bell" with "Amused to Death". Even with Polly's help he's not close.

Ah, Leo Cohen! 'Suzanne', 'So Long, Marianne', 'Who By Fire' and others are masterpieces! :)

Great to hear Neil Young in there as well, haven't heard Harvest for ages so will be giving it a severe listening to later!! :D
