Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets Echoes, a live recording recorded in Germany last year, has been released digitally. It was released as part of Record Store Day 2025. Remixed by Steven Wilson, the digital version was made available on Thursday, May 22nd. Therefore you can listen to it on the likes of Spotify.

The key track from Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets, Echoes, sounds fantastic. It has a lovely rumbling sound to it on vinyl. It took me right back to watching them live in Manchester last year. In addition to the regular mix, its also available in Dolby Atmos. If listening to this track whets your appetite, you may also opt to listen to Live at the Roundhouse. This was released in 2020, has 22 songs and plays for 1hr 36mins. To be precise!

There are many people who bought the release. Echoes went to number 8 in the UK charts. That said, many people who bought the Record Store Day releases will never actually open the cellophane packaging. Instead, they will “preserve its value” by never listening to it! Therefore, having a digital release now what the sales have died down, gives fans the opportunity to actually listen to the recording.

Nick Mason’s Facebook page stated, ” For those who don’t have a turntable, or couldn’t get hold of a copy, some great news! Digital versions, including in Dolby ATMOS, all mixed by Steven Wilson, will be available from May 22nd from all the normal streaming services.”
