Pink Floyd at London 2012 Olympics?
Seems the Pink Floyd rumour mill is hotting up for 2012 with predictions by some news outlets that Pink Floyd may be performing at the London 2012 Olympics. As much as I would like to see that happen, I think it very unlikely they would. However, the closing ceremony is 12th August I believe so Roger is not touring at that point as far as officially announced dates go and he did say in a Rolling Stone interview last month that he is performing in August 2012. Who knows! Pink Floyd last got together for Live 8 with Roger Waters joining old band mates from Pink Floyd David Gilmour, the late Rick Wright and Nick Mason.
