Watch David Gilmour – In Any Tongue – Full Video Animation

The very poignant video played on David Gilmour’s Rattle That Lock tour during In Any Tongue has now been released so you can watch it online. The animation was created by a talented young American and is released just ahead of the David Gilmour Rattle That Lock tour continuing in the Americas starting on 24th March 2016 at Hollywood Bowl in California. Roger Waters performed at the Newport Folk Festival on Friday 24th July 2015 treating fans to several of his well known numbers as well as a brand new song! The new song is called “Crystal Clear” and features Roger performing piano on stage for the first time in his musical career! Rogers’ all-acoustic performance had a range of songs from his career including some from his Pink Floyd days, some from his solo album days and he even threw in some covers for good measure! Watch A New Pink Floyd Interview on Amazon About New Album

A new 9 minute video has been published on Amazon’s website featuring an interview with David Gilmour and Nick Mason. You can watch it, using a desktop computer, at this link. They are discussing the new Pink Floyd Album, The Endless River, which is released in the UK 10th November 2014. It has been released in many countries already including Italy, Germany and other territories. Your humble narrator received a copy today and is about to listen to it for the first time! In the interview, Nick and David talk through the album recording process in terms of how the music came about and how samples were recording during jamming sessions. There is a particular focus on Richard Wright’s contribution to the album. Enjoy the video and leave a comment below.

You can now watch the full Pink Floyd new album press kit on the Amazon website which runs for a full 10 minutes. Previously there have been two shorter electronic press kit videos (EPKs) made available but this is the full one for you to enjoy. The video tells the story of how the new Pink Floyd album The Endless River came about and offers some anecdotes about its recording process, including being cramped in a very small studio space with lots of recording equipment and recalling being banned from the Royal Albert Hall where they recorded Richard Wright playing the organ there which features on the new album. Division Bell 20th Anniversary Box Set Released Today by Pink Floyd

The 20th Anniversary edition of Pink Floyd’s Division Bell is released today and gets the special deluxe box set treatment for fans to enjoy. In addition to the box set, there is also a double vinyl if you do not want to invest in the full box set. The boxset includes all sorts of goodies as with the Immersion Editions of Wish You Were Here, Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall. The goodies in those box sets kept many fans happy for some time. The Division Bell boxset continues along that theme. The box set contains 6 discs (CD and Vinyl mix), collector’s prints,  a blu-ray disc and features a 5.1 mix of the album released for the first time, mixed and mastered by Andy Jackson and Damon Iddins. The blu-ray disc also features a new music video for the song Marooned which was directed by Aubrey Powell at Hipgnosis....
