Pink Floyd PULSE DVD Cover Scan?

Anyone have or know where I can get a good quality scan of the NTSC/Columbia version of Pink Floyd's 2006 Pulse DVD?

I've only got the 2 discs, and want to put them into a standard DVD case with original cover. No, I don't currently have a scanner, nor am I good at Photoshopping anything. I see a good quality PAL one but it isn't what I'm looking for.

Is the artwork of the PAL version any different? Besides the lack of NTSC logo and such?

That's decent.

Some of those photos look like the cover from the digipak release was literally just torn off and slid into a amaray-type case. Are these your scans?

They aren't my scans. They're from a standard Amaray case.
