Not Really a newbie post,but...
Mother signed up to the site today but still hasn't recieved her confirmation email. Anyone shed any light on this?

did u check the junk mail box? this happens to a few people unfortunately. happened to me as well, when i signed up with the tracker my aol address never got the confirmation emails so i used my comcast addy and it worked.
