Ágætis Byrjun by Sigur Rós is one of the best albums I have heard in ages. It deserves 10/10 without any doubt.

a few albums I give a 10 are:

The Kinks - Arthur (Or The Decline And Fall Of The British Empire)
The Kinks - Muswell Hillbillies
The Yardbirds - Five Live Yardbirds
The Yardbirds - Roger The Engineer
Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti
Led Zeppelin - The Song Remains The Same*
Pink Floyd - DSOTM
Pink Floyd - Animals
Pink Floyd - Obscured By Clouds

*I know it's live, so it might not count, but I still think it is a perfect album.

I'll stop now or my list will run long...

I chose the albums mentioned above because I play them in full often and I think they are flawless masterpieces for the ears.

Yeppp. I love it. RDJ is a genius.

Have you heard Rushup Edge by 'The Tuss'? It's another pseudonym of his and it is the latest album he's released. It's pretty goood.

I have been listening to Pink by Boris quite a lot recently, and I think it is brilliant. Probably not for everybody, but they have great Black Sabbath/Kyuss style guitar sounds and fantastique riffs. I love them.

CSS an indie band????? hmmm, if only more indie was actually synth pop with a touch of disco and rock! sorry Al but I cant help thinking your doing the fan-of-retro-compulsively-doesnt-like-new-stuff-regardless-because-youre-not-supposed-to-apparantly thing there.

oops, just realised this thread is 21 pages long and that conversation is probably long forgotten about. oh well.

Thirded! (have I just made up a word??, or used one that someone else made up that doesnt exist??)

Altho Lowlife probably has the edge for me, altho basically anything with Sub-Culture on will get a 10/10 from me because it has Sub-Culture on it.
