Both, but I gotta admit, I do like the solo stuff a little bit more. I like the bits he did with just guitar and vocal. I listen to Opel more than any other album :)

Barrett everything is Godly. But sometimes I actually wonder where HIS music would have gone if Pink Floyd never existed. Would he have gone on longer. Or would he have never gone anywhere?

I prefer the solo Syd. I enjoy just hearing his voice on the solos. The Piper is great but the songs get tiresome for me while solo Syd is always a treat. Granted, I like some of his work better than others but the Madcap sessions by and large are wonderful. I had to listen to him quite a bit and the more that I listen the better I like his solo work.
