I'd also have to say 'Relics'. It's not an album, per se, but it ain't a 'Greatest Hits' or a 'Best of'. And it showed me there was a lot more to PF than 'DSOTM' and the Wall.

To me the most under rated album has to be The Final Cut and awesome album, with little recognition. It was this that got me hooked.
Animals is the only Floyd album I've ever seen in bargain bins. Damn shame, because it deserves better.
To me the most under-rated would be the Ummagumma studio.
Although Nick's bit is pretty weak.
