Also, AtD was initially conceived as a sequel to Radio KAOS which is also about media.

I don't know when that would've occurred, since Roger said in '87 or '88 that he gave up trying to fit the KAOS narrative onto the album, and would have to rely on other elements in the live show to tell the story. It marks the end of any linear narrative in his work, and the ending of that one in particular would make it hard to pick up and continue the story in any way...but I suppose he has made worse creative decisions.

I like both songs and I think they are highlights of their respective average albums, though I don't see many similarities.
On the contrary, they evoke totally different atmospheres to me. Yet Another Movie is creepy, apocalyptic. Keep Talking seems triumphant and optimistic. Both futuristic, though in opposite emotions, IMO.
