Sigh...there are a lot of R.I.P. threads in the music section right now. This is another on.

Gong and Soft machine forever!!

And now it's only Mike Ratledge and Robert Wyatt left from the original Soft Machine.
Maybe he wanted it this way, but I feel the music press too easily dismissed Gong.
I still haven't bought their final album, last year's "I See You". But I have heard it on Spotify and loved it.
