I watched it, but will watch it again on Friday. Quite an emotional performance I think, especially as David can seem a little 'uninvolved' sometimes when performing!

Sad to read that Richard was going to be on with Dave. Jools Holland I'm sure will be saying something about Richard.

I saw Remember A Day on YouTube.
It's sad that this song is FINALLY being done live, and Rick isn't there to sing it... although Dave and Jon put on a powerful performance. It's a sad performance: near the end Dave seems like he's about to cry, and everyone is in black with a black/blue stage lighting setup.
Jon Carin looked really alone and isolated over by the keys with no Rick. All the times I've seen him, he's had either Rick or Harry Waters backing him up... never just himself. He must've been feeling a lot of it.

Twenty minutes to go! Time for a smoke, make a load of coffee, another smoke, fire the surround sound up then enjoy!

Watching it now, it is so bloody good. Hang the expense of it, if this is what Live at Gdansk is like then I'll spend next week's rent on it.
