Why isn't this fantastic concert available on audio CD?
I really wanted to listen to this in the car on the long trip to and from work, so I had to lift the tracks from the DVD in glorious 24 bit lossless audio.
I'd buy this album in a flash if it were available, but until then I'll have to listen to my bootleg

there is a bootleg cd from the concert though...I don't see David releasing one now as he is busy with his solo album.

yeah I found the audio elsewhere. Same reason as you, wanted it for the car. Great show.
