Can someone fill me in on Ca Ira? Is it all opera? Even if it is, is it any good?

I bought it to complete my collection, but it is definitely an opera, as opposed to a rock opera. I don't like opera as a musical genre, and I can't even say whether this is an example of good opera or otherwise. Wait 'til you see it very cheap before you shell out for it, and even then only if you are a PF fanatic (and collectoholic).
