I only found out about this the other day and I can't wait,if it happens that is. [-o< Do you think this site will get pre sale tickets like some of them did last time he toured because I don't fancy my chances in a free for all? If this happens only death will stop me being there.

This is very exciting news! The Wall will always be Roger's 'baby' - his most personal work - and I'm sure he'll manage to relate it to his feelings about current world events. My wife and I will be on the front row! <ii>

I will go with my wife, as she's never seen anything other than The Machine playing with the Pittsburgh Symphony. (Pretty good - if you've never been)

And I will pray during the whole thing that Roger doesn't ruin it by bringing up his opinions about the Middle East or politics in general. [-o<

I just emailed Roger's manager to see if there is any update on the news of The Wall tour or anything else. Hopefully he will get back to me with something good to share! 8)

But if not, we still have each other....

I guess so! <.8.>

I am just thinking what NPF could do if there is a tour in terms of making an information point for people to share their experiences, photos, videos, written pieces and tales of the tour. Do we think a new section on the forum would be sufficient for people to group their stuff?? And a new section in the photo gallery? There are lots of Roger Waters Tour Photos in the gallery already for you to check out people!

I'm actually getting excited about this upcoming tour, whether or not it becomes "The Wall" or not. It's just the idea that he will not be doing the DSOTM that was the same thing for three friggin' years. However, I'm certain he won't come to Kentucky as usual of any rock bands. :( To my knowledge, none of the PF solo members performed here but PF did once in 1973, once in 1977, and twice in 1987. But nevertheless...

You will have to do some travelling then! Cheap flight, cheap hotel and some local sightseeing wherever you go. Please don't come to England though!

I just got a reply back from Roger's management saying there are no concrete plans yet. Which could be read it is not happening or, more likely in my opinion, it is happening, is in the planning phase and no plans have been signed off just yet. So, there you go. There is no news!

He meant that Rog wont build a solid brick wall on stage.
He will have a styrofoam one instead. Again.

Actually, on A Fleeting Glimpse it has been reported that auditions were being done a week or so ago and that the tour is likely to be 50 dates...BUT, these are un-confirmed really, just based on "reliable sources"...
