As fo' what I want, how bout:
Stones: Let It Bleed
Santana: Love Devotion Surrender

let it bleed is the best! you must get it soon. i'm dying to buy these:
cat power-you are free
the amps-pacer
the canterbury tales-the wife of bath's tale and a few others. it's not music-related but it's been on my wish list at amazon for so long...

FloydRocks:
have you heard many of those Grateful Dead archival releases?
I've got three and would like to get a few more,
but theres like forty of them now to choose from!
any opinions?
ones I've got are Dick's Picks 1 & 4, and Hundred Year Hall
it would be so very nice if our heroes the Floyd could do an archival series like this!
you like her too?!? i didn't know she had a new album out. how is it? i like the sporting life with john paul jones, especially baby's insane and last man down
"The Sporting Life" is for sure the most accesible one.... Lately, she released two albums: "La Serpenta Canta" consist mostly on blues covers (Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Hank Williams, John Lee Hooker) showcased her song-based material (mostly blues), and the latest one "Defixiones: Will and Testament, Orders From the Dead" is her typical weirdness
Another album I'd like to buy soon: Fripp and Eno, "The Equatorial Stars"
