The only thing I have coming thru the speakers is the playback of what I'm recording along with and my guitar if I'm going direct

Spurred on by Mosespa's call to arms I'm gonna have a go at The Thin Ice,if that's not treading on anyone else's toes. It'd be a shame for the Wall section not to happen for the sake of a few missing tunes. If anyone else is working on that already then that should take precedence as,hopefully,my version of IF will be appearing on Vol 2 anyway.I'll post at the weekend to let you know how its gone(or not...)

Even when its in the input slot it makes the speakers give out a high-pitched wizzing noise. The headphones and microphone are less than a year old (came with Battlefield2) so i'm a bit pissed off.

Well done, Neil.

I don't think anyone else is doing it, so knock it out and knock 'em dead.

Anyone else want to step up to the plate before I claim the remaining songs in the name of the "mosespa self-gratification society?"

Well, since saucerfulofmeddle isn't able to do it now, I will do Vera if no one else has claimed it.

Go for it, man.

My computer has crashed again  :x ...good thing I've got final mixes of the songs I'm doing so far. :D

Either tonight or tomorrow, I'm going to start on the remaining songs...this doesn't mean that someone else can't step up and do them. I'm just going to do it as a safety measure.

There are still plenty of songs left for other people to do...and if you've already got a song going on, you can still do one of these. Hell, so far, I've got four songs I'm submitting before these "spare bricks."

Help me out, gang. Let's not let this die or become the "mossy show."

Neil1567/2 has got The Thin Ice

Massed Gadgets has got Vera

Ironbaden and I will be doing Brick Three

That still leaves:

The Happiest Days Of Our Lives
One Of My Turns
Dont Leave Me Now
In The Flesh (2)
Stop
Outside The Wall

When The Tigers Broke Free
The Last Few Bricks

So...who's up next?

I've now marked the tracks in the first post as ''received'', ''available'' or ''in progress'', if you happen to have a recording of one of the ''in progress songs'' you can still submit it as there is always the possibility that the person that has put their name down may not be able to deliver the song, should this happen i will use the newly submitted version, however, if the person that originally put their name down does deliver their version I will hold over the second persons submission of it received for the next volume.

I said that I wasn't going to do this, but I've changed my mind...

I hereby declare that In The Flesh (2) is MINE!!

Just finished basic tracks today...all that's left is the tinkering.

Anyone else want to claim the rest before I do?

Time's ticking away, folks.

Looks like only

The Happiest Days Of Our Lives

Don't Leave Me Now

and

Outside The Wall

remain.

Last chance here before mossy grabs 'em up.

EXACTLY.

Volume 3 is so I can do The Final Cut in it's entirety. The article at the beginning of Volume 3 will also bemoan the fact that no one else would pick up the slack, so I had to do everything myself.

What the hell was Colin doing in Belfast? I know he fancies soldiers, but that's taking buggery a bit far.

Oops! Sorry, wrong film.
