Better if the four play a song togheter.....Nick sings, Roger plays the drumms, Dave the bass and Rick the guitar
I think that there wont be much of his strat heard on that tour.
Something tells me that we'll hear orchestra much more then his guitar.
David Gilmour is not playing the same rock music as he did 10 or 20 years ago.
He is implementing some of his guitar parts in his music, but thats not the priority. He's exploring other things.
Alot of Pink Floyd fans will be disapointed with his forthcoming new music imo.
Only die-hard DG fans will find something beautifull on his island.
I hope i'll be one of them.

I hope there is a bit of loose jamming...long version of Fat Old Sun (maybe longer than studio version, but slightly shorter than 1970 live versions, slightly differently arranged)...lots of solo stuff! And he must have the odd song that has never been released...maybe a cover or two of songs he's been involved with - i.e. Pete T's Give Blood & Brian F's Slave to Love or something...how about a Dream Academy song...definately a few Syd songs here and there.
Anything...hopefully he brings a whole wack of niffty guitars.
As long as Delicate Sound & Pulse songs are not overdone, but some more interesting PF songs here and there - I'd rather hear Blue Light than yet another Run Like Hell or CN...
I wish he would play ANYTHING at all! cause when he enters this forum (don't you ever suspect one of us being from pf?:) he'll find out that people dont' want CN, than he'll say whooo and will make his orchestra play all the concert while he'll be knitting something!
kidding:)
