Roger is just like every other big act... he'll play one show in Toronto and maybe another in montreal... then leave Canada. :(

Luckily I moved to Toronto just in time to see him last month at the ACC

U2 was cool though, they played a lot in canada, I saw them too at the Molson Centre. SO GOOD.

Hey maybe he won't forget this little he forgot in 2006. This state would welcome him here with open arms. We love Roger here. More than our crappy basebaball team that blew it in the first round of the baseball playoffs. More than our football team that can't win a Super Bowl. More than our basketball team which hasn't won the NBA Finals. More than our hockey team which hasn't won anything. Hell more than our non-exsistant soccer team.

That state is....

MINNESOTA!

Hey did anyone notice that Eric Clapton is in Australia at the same time. Think there is anychance for a guest appearance at any of the shows? They have done alot together in the past

Probably wishful thinking :D

Is he doing Ca Ira or the Dark Side of the Moon rock tour?

There is no mention of the 2007 dates on his roger-waters.com rock site for the dark side tour, but there is mention of the dates on his ca ira site!

Clapton has said that he didn't enjoy the strict timing required by Roger to keep the music in sync with the lights and effects. At one point during rehearsals for Pros And Cons he said "Man, can't we just play?" I don't see Clapton working in the Floyd area again. Although Andy Fairweather Low is one of his main sidemen, so there is that connection.

But Clapton did join Roger for "Wish You Were Here" for the Tsunami gig. Can't ever see him touring or recording with Roger again though. Shame really, I thought they were a great combination on the "Hitchhiking" album.

At those prices, I am not surprised!

No word as how much the NZ tickets cost, or whether they will use the same seat ranking system (platinum, gold, silver).

Ticketmaster appears to have outlets through the Real Groovy music store chain, for all those interested who don't live in Auckland.
