Hi, guys- sorry I didn't get back to you sooner- I didn't realize that I'd grabbed anyone's attention with my pics...lol...
That's the only picture I have of that bass, to the best of my knowledge... It's from the Uncut magazine article, June, 2004.... I like his (Roger's;) quote, too: "We will all invent a history that suits us."

How about that 2nd one, of David? It was pre-Floyd; He was just a pup!

Been trying to find a picture of David Gilmour wearing a Montreal Canadiens hockey jersey...it's in a book* I own, but I can't find the book to scan it...I'm sure I saw the picture online years back but now I can't find it posted anywhere.

I would LOVE to see the picture I'm talking about in the Dave part of the gallery. Anyone know which picture I mean? Or have it?

In the meantime, I'll keep looking.

Well, I did manage to find something about it on http://www.davidgilmour.com :

In the FAQ section...

"Does David still have the Habs (Montreal Canadiens) jersey he wore on his tours with Pink Floyd? [question asked by] (Richard Sieben)

Man, I know a lot of Canadians and Habs fans who would give their right eye for that jersey, myself included! Ahhhhhh! I would actually buy and give it to the person who introduced me to Floyd all those years ago. He's a huge Montreal Canadiens fan and also the truest Floyd fan I know...I think his head would explode in delight if he got his hands on it. I wonder where it is now....probably rotted in a dump somewhere...who knows.

I think I've seen a colour picture of that bass but I am not certain.

I also think it features in my picture from Saint Andrews, and is clearer on the original pic.
