I think I will try do some work on this on Sunday and get the first module ready to start inputting concert data. May also add TV appearances! My God I am boring!

It will be known affectionately as the PFCDB. If anyone can guess what the acroynm stands for, they will win a special prize!

Progress so far...

1 - Completed backend database design
2 - 50% of admin area for adding/editing/deleting stuff
3 - 10% of front end display

I am unsure why you need another DB? I am the owner of pf-db, if there are any features of ways of searching on the site you would like, let me know and I can add them. I can also give permission to certain people to add and edit info on the site as well.

I'd like to see a setlist database so you can look up a specific date and see what was played. And then links to the Roios that document that performance.

Fingal's Cave does a bloody good job at listing all the shows recorded, the quality of the recording and some of the many names that the show may be known by. Of course, it misses out on the essential part of linking to a bootleg, but there's always the Pink Floyd & Co. hub if you happen to be looking for a nice conversation with some lovely fellers.

Yeah...but unfortunately, my username was banned from that site before I ever even tried to register...so, *sigh* it does me no good to hear about how wonderful their hub is.

My site, http://www.pf-db.com does have a listing of all shows by year, you can then click on a date, and it will show you all the roios for that specific date.

for instance if you wanted to see all shows for 1970

http://www.pf-db.com/index.php?list=years&choice=1970

I would be happy to add additional features if you desire. I have added taper location to the roio details
