sorry mate ,if you think 'on an island' is great stuff, you obviously went to the wrong fucking concert, you should have saved your money and waited for the dave and polly show to hit town.

you are absolutely right. its true - i did spend more than half of the concert wishing it was a david gilmour concert not a roger waters concert.

still at least i have seen all the members of pink floyd perform now - albeit not together but oh well - we wont see the likes of those days again.

Just heard a recording of the show in Brisbane...one of the best roio's of his tour so far, I think.

I was at the Adelaide (South Australia, Australia) show last night and it was a-fucking-mazing! (pardon the french) It is THE best concert I have ever seen, even ranking higher than Mark Knopfler! Sheep was the stand-out to me, with the majestic flying pig making an appearance. His new song, Leaving Beirut was bloody good, with some very powerful guitar and equally powerful lyrics! Of course Dark Side of the Moon was amazing as always (and Rog got the bass intro right

), and Shine On and WYWH were the usual passionate sing-alongs. Set the Controls was absolutely awesome, with some superlative guitar work from Snowy in the mid section and some awesome visuals! Another Brick was great (and funny when he spotlighted and picked out a guy from the crowd on the big screens, "STAND STILL LADDY!"). Vera and Bring the Boys Back Home were very strong and emotional and of course Confortably Numb was magnificent as always. Even though Gilmour wasn't axing it up, Snowy and Dave K belted it out beutifully!

I thought AFG was doing that - There used to be some ticket scans around here as well - might be in the Wikpedia section or the photos
