I simply couldn't believe he could sink that low.

Well, that track is not just my work. There's a lot of Sean on it, and I really love what he did to it. And it really is my most fav track on the record, closely followed by Silent Victory, which I love covering at my home concerts, and then Come And See. So, you can say I cheated, but not lied, actually.

Wait a minute... Deep Horizon I - [2] votes... someone wants to make me happy

Hello,

Will it be a reworked Double Core?
We have a improved version of No Heaven No Hell we wish to replace our earlier rather untight version with.

Best Regards

I must say that I simply fell in love with "Come and See". This is a track that would not be out of place on (whisper it) the next Pink Floyd album...

Hello all, it's nice to be here among you fine people!

I recently found the DOUBLE CORE album, downloaded it and been listening to it for a week now. I have to say it's the best new music I've heard in, say, the last 20 years!!!!

To all of you involved in this project, CONGRATULATIONS and a very big THANK YOU from a Mexican PF fan.

It was hard to vote for one song only, I really love all the album. I voted for "Away from the Skies". I like the balance and the guitar style, but it was a very close call.

Hi gang,
A few of you will remember our band The Amber Herd from the Double Core project.
Well, we entered BBC recorded footage of us performing that song into a competition to get an acoustic slot at this year's High Voltage festival in London on July 24th. We have just heard that we've been shortlisted for this competition and it would be really appreciated, in the interests of adding a little Floyd- related goodness to this year's festival, if you could please access the link below and "like" our video on Facebook.

Many thanks indeed. If you're going to the festival and we get the gig please come and say hello. We'll get you a beer in.

It's a good attempt. But I just don't feel it. Magnolia sounds like it came off of The Final Cut. The intro was a little strange and felt a little out of place. Just constructive criticism because I'm in a Pink Floyd repro band too.

Yes, I like weird things (me and mosespa did that one). Besides, I think mosespa's guitar solo is VERY Floydish ;)

The Amber Herd, whose "Magnolia" appears on the Double Core, are looking for talented types to remix "Magnolia" for a future remix EP. If anyone is interested in putting forward a Floyd-esque remix of this track, please contact me at [email protected] and I can arrange to send you a link to the stem files. Cheers.

I really wanted to share "Come and See" with my friends on facebook and other places so I made a video (a simple slideshow, really - didn't have much time) and uploaded it on YouTube.

I came here just to say - Sean, if you have a problem with that I will remove it immediately.

Anyway, here's the link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sre8LXUfiQM

I might re-do it if I get some free time.

V.

EDIT: By the way, the reason for the edit is not (only) brevity, but mostly because there were some strange sounds in the intro of the song, like a skipping CD. It really bugs me...
