depends on the day. I try to tell myself my life could be worse when I am feeling down other days its hard to think life will ever get better. I think knowing people love and care about me.

I dont know what it feels like to be dead... So not sure how it is to be alive.. I have no reference...

I know it feels cold to be alive right now though... the nuts are frozen off me at work.

A aweful lot of pain, but I'm happy to still be here. I'm glad I can still be here for my family, for that I'll gladly put up with the pain, it's more than worth it.

Feels like some work that needs to get done, always being a little money short, a few drinks and some meat here and there, being all frisky every now and then, riding a bus and enjoying it all, with an occasional stiff neck. In other words, feels good.

Just don't go singing "Goodbye Cruel World" to the world and you'll be alright. People live with bipolar disorder. Look at it from a brighter side - there are people who are only depressive all the time.
