If you are in a band and your music is on Spotify, you have to pay Spotify to get your credits. When your music isn't that big, you pay more than you earn...

Really? I didn't know that. It sounds like something that's banned here - Hello Money. What a producer of an item used to have to pay a supermarket chain in order to get their products onto their shelves.

That's what I heard from a guy who said he took his music off of Spotify because it only cost him money. Now you can listen to his music for free on bandcamp and soundcloud.

Not that I ever hope to come in that situation, but it's good to know, I can....

I had to read that twice. First time I was thinking "Wtf, he brought someone back from the dead?" Yes indeed, it is a good skill to have. We have a defibrillator in our office but I'd rather use it on people to finish them off, not bring them back
