Or maybe it was banned because its just freakin DISGUSTING! We have scrapple and that's bad enough.

I DID learn Friday that if one contracted Mad Cow Disease, they can't donate plasma.

I don't get it. I just did some research on haggis AND Mad Cow disease and I don't see the correlation. I see that they conjecture that mad cow disease might have been brought about from feeding cattle remains of other animals, including sheep HOWEVER ... nowhere have I found any reference to sheep carrying mad cow disease.

Am I missing something here?

And - I would try haggis - especially since it seems as if whisky might be the normal drink to accompany the dish.
