True that, especially on "Pigs (Three Different Ones)". But the somewhat lighter edge of "Pigs on the Wing" also makes it a little less dark than The Wall (in my opinion).

I initially went with the Wall for the darkest, especially if you add the film from 1982, but ever since ITAOT was released and Harvested's Divided We Fall DVD I fnd that Wall experience much more enjoyable.

Animals now for my darkest and Waters lyrics in Brain Damage.

Happiest a tie between Meddle and OBC.
