Double 8 are speculators, I wouldn't believe them. Though it does seem plausible.

True, but on the boards at the back of the Roger Waters press conference happening now, it distinctly says 'Wembley Stadium: 14th September 2013' if you look closely!

After the tickets to Ullevi, Sweden had been announced I joined for an account at http://tickets.rogerwaters.com. Then I was supposed to wait to be selected. I got an e-mail the next day that I had been selected with a link to the ticket sale. I'm sure it won't be a longer wait for the UK tickets.

The aviva where hes playing can hold 52,000 seated so take one end off for the stage, and allow for pitch standing id say you'd easily fit 70,000 at a gig there.
Have to say I'm apprehensive about this .... outdoors in Dublin, with the sound at the mercy of the wind and in all probability - lashing rain (it's Ireland in September !!!) - I can see myself giving this a miss.

Concerts at the Aviva since it's developement have been notorious for sound issues - most recently Madonna and Lady Gaga. Considering they couldn't get in right indoors at the O2 last time, I really fear for the sound quality at this show.

You could always play a recording of your favourite sounding Wall concert through earphones and just enjoy the visuals.

Might not synch up too well, but hey. <ii>

Just booked a nice little hotel (Fox and Goose) a few minutes on the Tube from Wembley...all I need are the concert tickets now. :D

Question: Does anyone know if the Wembley Stadium show will be all seated? I prefer to stand - haven't quite reached the age where I feel the need to sit during a gig. :D

The event was just posted on ticketmaster.com, who are offering both seated and standing tickets, so it looks like there will be standing room for you. :)

looking at most the shows they are general admission standing on the pitch with sitting in the stands at the back and side. Dublin has a golden circle standing section at the front, general admission standing behind them and then seating in the stands. if Wembly has a golden circle I might head there or might just go general admission as if you are too close you won't see the whole thing.

No, Ive have not received anything as yet.
Where did Keith get this date from? Saturday is a bit of a strange day to start. Perhaps it will be Monday.
Ticketshyster start selling to the general public on Wednesday for Wembly it seems.

I got a pre-sale link for Zurich on Friday night for the pre-sale which started on Saturday, but I've had nothing for Wembley. The site is showing, "Invites have yet to be issued for this show." for the Wembley show.
