Well, it's out!
The concert film "Roger Waters: The Wall" premiers Sept 6 in Toronto.
If you look at the movie poster closely, you'll notice a lot of cell phones and tablets...

If it is September for a UK release I am surprised that neither amazon or Spin are listing the item for DVD or BluRay ...everton1690 wrote: ...

Its at the film festival in September. I have no clue, but how long is it usually after a film festival for something to be released? Does it get released at the same time to take advantage of the publicity?

The Q&A from last night's premier has been uploaded onto YouTube.
My favourite part is that there could be another tour based on his new record, and he has spoke to Sean Evans about it becoming an arena show! Hopefully that comes into fruition!
Oh and, "Why did you carry it on for years?" "Because you kept buying a ticket, that's why!"

Does he know?
Didn't I read somewhere that they are touting for a distributor for the film? So I suppose that has to be finalised and then they may show the film in various cinemas or go straight to DVD.
I didnt watch the whole Q and A to be honest.

The last part of the Q & A was fun - Roger talking about lyrics and how he didn't want to write about "Moon, June and candy floss" - actually this is good imagery, he's such a natural artist or he didn't want to write "oh you're so sexy" he said, something like that. Really his statements caught me by surprise Also earlier he said "The Wall" tour idea was started with his wife's encouragement. Is this a tongue-in-cheek joke, the battle of the rockstar wives? Rather mindblowing statements Roger comes out with!
