So THAT'S what that shiny thing is in his mouth during careful with that axe in pompei, a gold tooth! i thought it was a gum/tongue piercing! my curiosity has been satisfied!

If you watch the Pompeii movie closely you will see that his teeth were fixed (most likely by braces on the interior side of his teeth) somewhere after they filmed in Pompeii but before they were recording Dark Side. Watch the move, there is a marked difference with his teeth between 1971 & 1972. By the time of the Wall tour his teeth are absolutely straight & perfect. They are NOT false teeth, look at the color & the gap/chip in the front of his bottom teeth, that has been there since 1965.
